26/3/25 Discussion of the need to explore the possibility of campaigning for a new competitive standard Swimming Pool for Doncaster - MFi / MHa.

30/3/25 Draft Campaign Letter sent to WPh and MHa and GBu for approval.

6/4/25 Information circulated to all Doncaster Swimming Clubs inviting their involvement in the campaign for a new competition standard pool for Doncaster.

9/4/25 Campaign Letter posted or emailed to selected influential people / organisations.

10/5/25 Campaign Update Message sent out to all Doncaster Swimming Club Chairs

10/5/25 Email containing the Campaign Letter sent to David Parry NER Development Manager

11/5/25 Paper petition emailed out to all Doncaster Swimming Clubs with a request that this is circulated amongst members.

2/6/25 Campaign Update Message sent out to all Doncaster Swimming Club Chairs, along with Invitations regarding a meeting of all Club Chairs, along with the reply from Sally Jameson MP Doncaster Central.

5/6/25 Online petition created and posted on Armthorpe Swimming Club Facebook page and website, and emailed out to all other clubs, requesting that they do the same.

6/6/25 Publicity poster passed on to GBu for her marketing team to look at.

9/6/25 Publicity poster created and finalised by GBu marketing team with a QR Code linking to the online petition. Sent out to all clubs with a request that it is posted on Club Websites and Facebook pages.
