Kingfisher Swimming Club is committed to giving every swimmer a safe, supportive, and high-quality environment to learn, grow, and compete. While membership fees cover a portion of our basic operating costs, they do not fully fund everything that makes our programme strong—such as pool time, coaching development, equipment, meet fees, and administrative expenses. Fundraising helps bridge that gap so we can maintain the standards families expect and swimmers deserve.

Fundraising also allows us to keep the club accessible and inclusive. Extra funds help offset rising costs and reduce the financial burden on families, including assistance for those who may need it. By supplementing our budget through fundraising, we can avoid significant fee increases while still investing in athlete development, safety, and positive team experiences.

Most importantly, fundraising directly benefits our swimmers. The money raised goes back into the program—supporting quality coaching, well-run meets, team events, and long-term improvements that enhance both performance and enjoyment. When families participate in fundraising, they are investing not just in the club, but in the growth, confidence, and success of every Kingfisher swimmer.
